SEMINARY HALL ADDITION Madison, NJ 07940 The Leegis Group provided general contracting services to build the new addition to Seminary Hall at Drew University. This was Phase 1 of a multi-phase capital campaigh project to renovate the historical Seminary Hall building, which houses the Theological School at Drew University. The new addition provided additional bathroom facilities, classrooms and offices, a student loungt, and upgrades for handicapped accessibility, including a new elevator. The exterior features cast stone and brick to match the original building.
