DISTRIBUTION FACILITY 222 Morgan Avenue, Brooklyn, NY Substantial overhaul of a once dilapidated warehouse into a new distribution facility with parking lot and access ramps for Frito-Lay serving the New York/New Jersey area. Work included sprinklers, HVAC, electrical, steel, overhead doors, concrete, sitework, plumbing and new utility services. All work was completed in four months.
