4TH FLOOR PEDIATRICS & WELCOME CENTER Livingston, NJ 07039 Complete demolition and rebuilding of two wings and a lobby into the Pediatrics and Pediatrics Intensive Care Units and Welcome Center. The work included new patient rooms (regular and isolation), nurses’ stations, utility rooms, playrooms, complete new HVAC, sprinklers, plumbing, medical gas, fire alarm and electrical systems, new ceiling tiles and grid, custom architectural woodwork, countertops, cabinetry and furniture, doors and hardware, painting and wall covering, ceramic tile resilient flooring, carpet, wall protection.
