The Leegis Group provided general contracting services for the complete gut and renovation of the old dining facility. Work included new kitchen equipment, flooring, ceilings, light fixtures and HVAC. The renovations also included adding removable booths that seat 220 people, USB outlets, three television monitors, grab-and-go units, and automated window blinds. This was an extreme fast track schedule with the work completed In 10 weeks.
