The Leegis Group provided general contracting services to renovate the newest addition to the Bloomfield College campus. Work included an exterior stair well vestibule addition and handicap ramp. This three story residence hall was designed to provide apartment-style living to upperclassmen. There are six suites, each with full kitchens and two or three bathrooms depending on suite design. Each suite is intended to house eight to ten students, comfortably, with floors being co-educational.
