Construction of a two-story addition to Founders Hall on the Gill St. Bernard’s School campus in Gladstone, N.J. This project included alterations to existing space as well as 2400 square feet of new construction connected to the existing building. The addition contains an art studio, a dining area and related support facilities. The scope of the project included limited site work, specifically the construction of sidewalks, connections of new roof leaders to an existing store-water system; the reconfiguration of an existing driveway; and the installation of small areas of landscaping.
