The Leegis Group provided general contracting services to build a new two-story 30,000 square foot building to serve Pingry’s Middle School with science labs and prep rooms, classrooms, administration and staff offices, bathroom facilities, a student lounge/auditorium and ADA-compliant features, including an elevator and push-operated doors. Other features include new and upgraded mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sprinkler services, cast stone masonry, custom architectural millwork, and custom windows and storefront systems. This project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
