Conversion of a 65-year-old theater located in the basement of the Athletic Center at Seton Hall University into a state-of-the-art fitness center including a cardiovascular center, free weight room, Varsity Women’s Basketball locker room, Varsity Women’s Volleyball locker room. All work was performed while the facility was fully occupied and operational.
